Group Yoga Classes

Group classes are available four days a week, with morning and evening classes on offer at reasonable rates. To enquire about joining one of the classes below, please contact me.

How Long Are the Classes?

The duration of the class is 1 hour and 30 minutes (except the 7am classes which last 1 hour and 15 minutes). 

How big are the classes?

Yoga and Relaxation offers small Yoga classes (max. 6 people due to covid protocols), mornings and evenings, in a home studio environment with a flow to a garden-setting.

What Should I Bring?

Please be sure to bring your own mats and sanitize your hands on entry to the class.

What should I Expect?

The class includes yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation at the end of each class.

What Should I Wear?

The class is a comprehensive practice leading to increased flexibility, strength and well-being and your clothing needs to be comfortable and suitable for movement.

Do you offer online classes?

We have a library of pre-recorded classes from lockdown. You can access these classes via this link.

Looking for a private Class?

I also offer private classes which are scheduled outside of the group class times. Contact me for availability and rates.
